Some frequently asked questions we receive at Daisy Chain Dairy.
Can I make changes to my order once it’s been set up?
Of course! Changes and additions to your order can be made up to 5pm the day before for most products but 3 days notice is needed for bakery items (N.B bakery items aren’t available for Monday deliveries).
How do I pay?
Invoices are e-mailed out or posted to customers on the 1st and 15th of the month. You can set up a direct debit with us, pay by card over the phone or by bank transfer.
When should I expect my delivery?
Our fantastic delivery drivers do their rounds overnight between 11pm and 7am. We always endeavour to have your delivery on your doorstep by 7am.
Where does your milk come from?

How much does delivery cost?
There is no delivery charge.
My order is missing an item - where is it?
We hope to get you everything you need when you need it, but sometimes we may be experiencing low stock in some items. We’ll always leave a note letting you know and will hope to get it to you on your next delivery day.
